Once a case duplication is reported. Our team investigates the case and takes the appropriate actions and clients are informed about the same.
In case the hotels are found to be duplicates they are merged under one vervotech id. In most cases, the larger group id is retained and the smaller group id is discarded.
Once we fix the duplication case we share a confirmation with you via email. We recommend doing a mapping sync at your end for the changes to start reflecting on your website.
Please note that for the sync to be effective you will have to call the Newly added, Updated, and Deleted API calls to complete the sync.
