Once you report a bad map case by using either of the methods, our team investigates the case and takes appropriate action. If any hotels found as bad mapped in a group id are separated from the group and either merged to the right group or assigned a new Vervotech mappings id.
Once we fix the bad map we share a confirmation with you via email. We recommend doing a mapping sync at your end for the changes to start reflecting on your website.
If it is not a bad map our team will reject it and communicate with you accordingly. For further queries, you can write to us via support portal.
