Once you report a bad map case by using either methods, our team investigates the case and any hotels found as bad mapped in a group id are separated from the group and either merged to the right group or assigned a new Vervotech mappings id.


Once we fix the bad map we share a confirmation with you via email. We recommend to do a mapping sync at your end for the changes to start reflecting on your website.
