Images are an integral part of the supplier’s content, and their availability depends entirely on the supplier. If the supplier provides room images, we are able to include (parse) them in your response.

Now, you might wonder — what role does Vervotech play here?

As we know, room data is dynamic and changes frequently. You receive this data at the time of rate and availability calls. Because of this dynamic nature, only a few suppliers share room-related static information (including images and other room details) through their static APIs.

Vervotech does not host or create images of our own, nor do we provide any images independently. As a mapping company, our primary focus is to deliver accurate and consistent room groupings based on the data you provide.

Our Room Mapping API works entirely on live data received from you. Based on this data, we return the correct room grouping. When you send the supplier’s room data in your request (including the correct room code), our system checks in the backend:

• If we have received images from that supplier for that specific room, we include them in the response.

• If not, then no images will appear in the response.

In short, Vervotech’s role is to provide you with a consolidated and mapped response combining data from multiple suppliers. Even if only one of the mapped suppliers provides room images, we include those in the response for that particular room category which you could use to display for that entire room group.
