To download any file generated on your SFTP server account, please follow the steps below:
- Download FileZilla from Google. (https://filezilla-project.org/)
- Go to the "Site Manager"
, located below the "File" menu. - Create a new site by clicking on "New Site."
- Set the protocol as "SFTP – SSH File Transfer Protocol."
- Enter the Host, User, and Password values (available in your client portal account under the "Load provider content" tab—FAQ: How to access my Account details (API key, FTP credentials, account id)? )
- Click on "Connect."
- Click on "OK."
- You will now be connected to your SFTP account.
Note:
To download a mapping file, navigate to /ftp/HotelContentExporter_FTPUpload/output and find the folder for the specific month/date/year in which it was generated.
To download a unmapped file, navigate to /ftp/UnMappedHotelExporter/output and find the folder for the specific month/date/year in which it was generated.
