When mapping your hotel property data, we assure maximum accuracy in mappings as we use advanced technologies like AI & ML to read and map the data. Our algorithms are so smartly built that they ensure quality mapping for all the properties we receive from clients/suppliers. 

When it comes to processing these files from the clients and suppliers, the system expects the file and data to be in a specific format. Please note the below specifications when you are sharing files 

Refer to the attached sample file for sharing the data. Also, please follow the below guidelines when you are preparing these files. 

  • For each property, information should be available for all the mandatory columns shared in the sample template
  • No data is missing for one/more mandatory columns. If the data is missing, that property will not be mapped. 
  • No special characters in the address, hotel name, etc. should exist 
  • Country codes, geo codes, lat, and longs are in the proper format

Please refer to the below information related to each column and input data format -

Before you share the file, please make sure, the file is in proper format with all the mandatory data and does not contain any bad data as mentioned above.
