To remove a Provider please drop an email informing us about it at email@example.com as it may affect your billing and we can do it for you.
Also you can disable a provider from the Client portal
Step 1: Please go to the tab ‘Manage your Providers’
Step 2: Click on the edit button highlighted for the provider you would like to disable.
You will see a new section expand at the bottom which would look like this.
Step 4: Use the toggle highlighted in orange box in the picture above to activate the disabler.
Step 5: Click on save settings
Step 6: logout and login again the Provider would have disappeared from the Dashboard.
Step 7: Please inform us about the provider disabled so we can make the necessary updates in your billing.
