You can disable/enable an existing provider from the Client Portal by following the below steps -
Step 1: Navigate to the tab Manage your Providers section from the left menu.
Step 2: Click on the Edit icon corresponding to the relevant supplier/provider as shown below.
Step 4: Click on Disable toggle to disable or enable the supplier.
Step 5: Click on Update Provider.
Step 6: Logout and login again and see if the Provider is now disappeared from the Dashboard.
Step 7: Please inform us that you have disabled one or more providers from your Client portal so we can make the necessary updates in your billing. You can reach out to us for the same via our support portal.
